Lucas: Listen To Whatever Comes Out Of Connery's Mouth, Even If You Wrote It

I've been reading the transcript of the first meeting between George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, and Lawrence Kasdan when they first discussed what Indiana Jones would be about. Lucas seems to be the smartest guy in the room in that meeting. Got me thinking about one of my favorite moments from the series though.

Indiana: I can get it! I can almost reach it, Dad...
Henry Jones: Indiana?....Indiana?..... Let it go...

Didn't realize until just now how good that advice really was.

George Lucas: I can make another! I can almost reach how good the other movies were, America...
America: George? ..... George?.... Let it go....
